Heritage Bank of the Ozarks
Ryan Southard has extensive experience in the banking industry. Ryan began their career at Great Southern Bank in 2006, where they worked as a Teller/Personal Banker until 2010. Ryan then moved on to become a Commercial Lending-Credit Analyst until 2013. In 2013, they joined Heritage Bank of the Ozarks as a Vice President until 2022, when they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President - Commercial Lending.
Ryan Southard has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Missouri State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they completed a Professional Certificate in Agricultural Lender's School. In 2016, they pursued another Professional Certificate in the School of Lending at the Missouri Bankers Association. From 2018 to 2019, Ryan Southard furthered their education at the Missouri Bankers Association by completing a Professional Certificate in the School of Bank Management.
