Andrew C. Harper

Andrew C. Harper serves as the SVP/Relationship Banking Officer at Heritage Bank NW since May 2022 and has been a Board Member and President of Second Step Housing since June 2020. Andrew's career in banking began at Pacific Continental Bank, where from August 2006 to November 2017, responsibilities included Relationship Banking Treasury Management Officer and Senior Relationship Banking Assistant, among other positions.
