Jeff Deuel

Jeff Deuel is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Bank. Jeff has held this position since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Heritage Bank NW from September 2012 to June 2019. Jeff has been with Heritage Bank since December 2010, when they started as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bank, including Lending, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management, Trust, and International. In February 2010, they were promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, they focused on identifying and analyzing acquisition opportunities. Jeff was the primary point-person for the successful integration of two FDIC-assisted bank acquisitions which increased bank assets by 50%. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, Jeff was a Principal at Cascadia Advisors, LLC from August 2009 to February 2010. Jeff also served as Executive Vice President - Commercial Term Lending at JPMChase (formerly WaMu) from March 2005 to August 2009.

Jeff Deuel attended Gettysburg College, where they earned a bachelor's degree.
