Mikala Gammell

Mikala Gammell is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at Heritage Bank NW since September 2015. Previously, Mikala held various leadership roles at Banner Bank from February 2004 to September 2015, culminating as a Vice President and Branch Manager. Additional experience includes roles in sales at Jerry's Surplus and diverse responsibilities at Shaylen Raye Motorsports, including mechanic, public relations, marketing, and safety. Prior to these positions, Mikala was an equestrian trainer at Morris Training Center. Educational achievements include completion of the Management Development Program from the Washington Bankers Association and Retail Banking 1 from The Retail Banking Academy®, along with a high school diploma from Stanwood High School.
