Tania Diaz currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Heritage Behavioral Health Center (HBHC) since November 2015, having previously held various roles within the organization, including Division Manager of Crisis and Acute Residential Services, Hospital Liaison, and Case Manager from May 1996 to November 2015. Tania Diaz holds an Executive Education Certificate in MBA Essentials from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Millikin University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Richland Community College.
