Amanda Walker, CPXP, BSN

Amanda Walker, CPXP, BSN has been working in the healthcare industry since 2011. Amanda began their career at The University of Kansas Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Educator, Hematology/Oncology/Blood & Marrow Transplant RN, and Mother/baby and Full Term Nursery RN. In 2015, they joined Heritage Biologics as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Patient Experience, and National Nurse Educator. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Summit SD.

Amanda Walker, CPXP, BSN, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Avila University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Kansas State University from 2006 to 2009, studying Life Sciences/ Pre-Nursing. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification from the Patient Experience Institute.
