Gerald Gantt, MBA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting field. Gerald began their career in 2014 as a Credit Supervisor at Gill Studios, where they led and managed a department of 7 people responsible for cash applications and collections. At The Kincaid Group, they managed daily operations of commercial billing, developed and standardized written policy documentation related to the credit and customer set up process, interfaced with sales to communicate credit decisions and ensured timely review of new customers, and made credit decisions within assigned authority. In 2022, they took on the role of Accounting Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Finally, in 2023, they began their current role as Patient Services Manager at Heritage Biologics, where they verify payments received, processes claims against billing and industry standards and regulations, and researches and completes all denials, resubmissions, and adjustments.
