Prior to these roles, Charles served as COO at PlanetHS, LLC, CEO at Waste Recycling Energy Group, and President and CEO at Tice Technology, Inc. Charles has a background in business consulting, entrepreneurship, and venture development. Charles holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
