Alexandra Palma

Alexandra Palma, MSSA (MSW), currently serves as a Self-Direction Coordinator at Heritage Christian Services since June 2016, where responsibilities include educating individuals and families about self-directed services, processing referrals, and managing compliance documentation. Previously, Alexandra held several roles at Heritage Christian Services, including Support Broker and Medicaid Service Coordinator, focusing on assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their life goals and accessing necessary services. Early career experiences include internships at Beech Brook, The City Mission, and University Settlement, where Alexandra gained valuable hands-on experience in educational and social service programs. Alexandra earned a Master of Science in Social Administration from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Malone University.
