Annemarie Peers

Annemarie Peers is an experienced care coordination professional with a strong background in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Heritage Christian Services since July 2022, Annemarie previously held the position of Care Coordinator Supervisor at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC from July 2018 to July 2022.
