David M. Donnor

David M. Donnor has extensive experience in community support and therapeutic roles within the healthcare sector. Since August 2004, David has worked at Heritage Christian Services, initially as a Direct Support Professional and later as a Residence Manager, where responsibilities included direct care and oversight of residential programs. Currently, David serves as a Self-Hire Community Support Staff, facilitating meaningful connections for individuals. Additionally, from September 2021, David has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Hurlbut Care Communities, collaborating with occupational therapists on rehabilitation plans. Previous roles as an OTA student at Rochester Psychiatric Center and St. Ann's Community involved providing recovery-oriented services and support for patients transitioning from acute care. David holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Bryant & Stratton College-Greece, completed in 2020.
