Kerri Flesch

Kerri Flesch has extensive experience in the healthcare and support sectors, currently serving as a Health Home Care Manager at Monroe Plan for Medical Care since September 2019. Prior to this role, Kerri has been with Heritage Christian Services since June 2001, working in various capacities including Senior Direct Support Professional, where responsibilities included staff coaching and development, and Assistant Manager/Medical Liaison, focusing on payroll oversight and service improvement. Kerri also held the position of Success Coach and Program Coordinator for Parent Engagement at Rochester AmeriCorps from September 2015 to August 2019, helping families access resources to enhance their children's attendance rates. Kerri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and pursued further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
