Lisa Kulp has a diverse work experience in the fields of community services and behavioral interventions. Lisa started their career as a Behavior Therapist at the Mary Cariola Childrens Center in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Lisa then joined Rochester Regional Health as a Primary Therapist II for a brief period from 2007 to 2008. Since 2008, Lisa has been working at Heritage Christian Services, where they have held various roles including Behavior Intervention Specialist, Associate Director of Behavior Services, and currently, as the Director of Community Initiatives.
Lisa Kulp received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marist College in 2002. Lisa then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, which they completed in 2004. In June 2022, Lisa obtained an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
