Nicole Simmons

Nicole Simmons has extensive experience in the human services field, primarily as a Direct Support Professional at Heritage Christian Services since September 2011 and currently as a Care Manager Assistant at Prime Care Coordination since February 2020. In these roles, Nicole teaches independent living skills and promotes community engagement among clients.
