Katie Walkowiak is an experienced professional in the field of social work and case management, currently serving as the Manager of Case Management at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo since 2011. With previous roles including Case Manager at Conway Medical Center and ER Therapist at Borgess Health, Katie has a robust background in supporting individuals in crisis, particularly in mental health and substance abuse scenarios. Additional experience includes serving as a Direct Care Worker at Kalamazoo Community Mental Health and as a Social Worker at Grace of Douglas. Katie holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Western Michigan University.

Today, Heritage Community of Kalamazoo continues to be an innovator in customer-focused care for older adults in the Kalamazoo community.
