Paul Barber has extensive work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Paul currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Heritage Community of Kalamazoo since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President Operations at the same company from November 2018 to March 2023. Before joining Heritage Community of Kalamazoo, Paul worked at Trinity Health Senior Communities as the Regional Vice President of Operations from July 2016 to November 2018 and as a Senior Administrator from June 2015 to July 2016. Paul Barber earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Alma College in 1996. Paul then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. Later, in 2003, Paul completed another degree from Central Michigan University, this time earning a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Health Services Administration.
