Alan Bender

Alan Bender is an experienced professional in the engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as Product Manager and General Manager for Antifreeze at Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC since January 2019. Previously, Alan held various roles at GlyEco, Inc. from April 2015 to January 2019, including Director of Operations and VP of Engineering and Technology. Prior experience includes positions as Process Engineer at Opower and roles at Performance Fibers, where responsibilities spanned from Polymer Process Engineer to Quality Control Engineer. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University, attained in 2009.
