Shawn Matson

Shawn Matson has a diverse background in facilities and management roles, currently serving as the EHS & Facilities Management Manager at Marmon Metal Services since October 2021. In addition, Shawn has been the Facilities Manager at Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC since July 2017 and previously held the same position at Heritage-Crystal Clean from July 2017 to June 2023. As Broker Manager at Wagner Logistics since September 2013, Shawn focuses on brokering freight and nurturing relationships with customers and carriers. Prior experience includes serving as Broker Manager at E.L. Hollingsworth & Co. from March 2012 to August 2013, specializing in customer acquisition and rate negotiation, and working as a Customer Service Representative at Hiner Transport from February 2007 to September 2010, where responsibilities included maintaining business and ensuring freight logistics.
