Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Partnerships for Dentists since March 2020, Melisa has effectively organized doctor meetings, conducted leadership sessions, and implemented strategies to drive profitability through new patient acquisition and budget management. Prior to this role, Melisa held significant positions at Pacific Dental Services as Regional Manager and at DentalOne Partners Inc. as Senior Leader of Operations, focusing on leadership development and marketing initiatives. Melisa's career in retail began at Target, where extensive leadership experience was cultivated as Store Team Leader, managing over 100 team members and driving profitability through exceptional guest service. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Idaho State University and an Associate of Arts from the College of Southern Idaho.
