Wendy Flick

Wendy Flick has had a diverse range of work experiences in their career. Wendy began their professional career in 1996 as a Manager of Quality Improvement and Utilization Management at Beacon Health Options. In 2001, they became the Chief Compliance Officer at Certus Corporation and held this role until 2004. Wendy then took a break from their corporate career to focus on raising their children and worked as the VP of Human and Non-Human Resources at Tinkleflick Enterprises from 2003 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been with Heritage Distilling Co. as the Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for various aspects of state and federal compliance reporting, as well as overseeing safety programs. Wendy's work experience reflects their dedication to compliance and their ability to adapt to different industries.

Wendy Flick has a Master of Science - MS degree in Community & Counseling Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology from the same university in 1991. Wendy also has a High School Diploma from Gretchen Whitney High School. In addition to their formal education, Wendy obtained a certification as a PeopleGrove Mentor from PeopleGrove in May 2023.
