Lisa McLaughlin

Lisa McLaughlin is a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, environmental engineering, and operations management. Currently serving as the Corporate Compliance Manager at Heritage Environmental Services since January 2019, McLaughlin oversees EHS compliance across multiple sites in North America. Previously, McLaughlin held several managerial roles at A. Schulman, Inc., where responsibilities included leading EHS compliance initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing processes that significantly improved operational performance. With a strong foundation in environmental regulations from earlier positions at Toyota North America and GE Water & Process Technologies, McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in the EHS field.
