Susan Adams

Susan Adams has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Director at Heritage Environmental Services since March 2000. In this role, Susan is responsible for the coordination and implementation of HR business processes, consistently exercising administrative judgment in setting departmental goals and policies. Previous positions at Heritage Environmental include Human Resources Director, Human Resources Operations Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities ranged from hiring, recruiting, and training to advising management on HR issues. Susan began their career with Heritage Environmental in December 1999 as part of the accounting staff.
