Jannera Cruz

Jannera Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial education, client advocacy, and healthcare support. Currently serving as the Financial Development Center Manager at Heritage Financial Credit Union since January 2022, Jannera is responsible for managing operations and enhancing outreach to underserved communities. Previous roles include caregiver at Right at Home, bilingual family advocate at Grace Smith House, and bilingual case manager at the Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services. Jannera has also contributed to the healthcare sector as a health care assistant and educator at Planned Parenthood of the Mid-Hudson Valley.
