Miruna-Ioana Girtu

Miruna-Ioana Girtu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Endeavor Fellow at Endeavor Romania and as a Principal at Heritage Holdings, Girtu has been instrumental in sourcing and investing in over 50 startups annually through SyndicateRoom, where Girtu holds multiple roles including Venture Partner and Head of New Product. As a Director at Skylight Ventures and an Advisory Board Member at the Oxford Seed Fund, Girtu focuses on supporting refugee entrepreneurs and Oxford-affiliated startups. Additionally, Girtu contributes to the academic community as a Tutor at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is actively involved in addressing the gender funding gap as an Angel Investor and Mentor. Girtu's educational background includes a first-class MPhil Management from the University of Cambridge and a BA in European Social and Political Studies from UCL.
