Katherine M. Semone Esq.

Katherine M. Semone, Esq. is a legal professional currently serving as Staff Counsel at Heritage Insurance since April 2022, providing in-house counsel. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as an Associate Attorney at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, A PLC, and Hoffman & Hoffman P.A., specializing in first party property insurance defense from March 2021 to March 2021 and October 2020 to March 2021, respectively. Additionally, Katherine held the position of Assistant Attorney General in Children's Legal Services at the Florida Office of the Attorney General from July 2019 to October 2020, following a role as a Certified Legal Intern in the same area at the Florida Department of Children and Families from May 2018 to January 2019. Katherine’s early career included serving as a Criminal Justice Specialist with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office from 2013 to 2017. Katherine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, along with a high school diploma from Pinellas Park High School’s Criminal Justice Academy.
