Phillip Hood

Phillip Hood has extensive experience in customer service and management, with a career spanning various roles across multiple industries. Currently a Customer Service Representative at Heritage Insurance since November 2018, Phillip previously worked as a Personal Banker at PNC, effectively managing tasks and client interactions. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, overseeing staff and vehicle maintenance, and as a Shift Leader at Ruby Tuesday, where management of staff and customer satisfaction were key responsibilities. Phillip holds a BA in Studio Art with a focus on Graphic Design from Florida State University and additional qualifications in IT Security and Cyber Security from St. Petersburg College.
