Sai Giridharan

Sai Giridharan has a strong work experience in various roles related to digital transformation, analytics, business intelligence, and project management. Sai started their career as a Consultant at TCS in 1994 and later worked as a Project Lead at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young / Farmers. Sai continued their career at 21st Century Insurance as a Project Manager and then moved to Farmers Insurance as an IT Director. Sai then worked at Kaiser Permanente as part of the Strategy & Architecture Advisory team. Sai Giridharan then joined Bankers Financial Corporation as the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics and later transitioned to Insights to Innovation Strategies LLC as Principal. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Head of Digital Transformation & Analytics at Heritage Insurance.

Sai Giridharan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology with a specialization in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Additionally, in 2013, Sai attended the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College, where they studied Organizational Leadership.
