Scott Martin

Scott Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and real estate. Currently serving as a Healthcare Analyst at Heritage Medical Associates since August 2019, Scott has also taken on the role of Realtor and Property Manager at Prime Rentals & Real Estate since March 2024. Prior to this, Scott worked as a Realtor at Reliant Realty for nearly 14 years and held positions as an Enterprise Imaging Systems Analyst at both Steward Health Care and IASIS Healthcare. Scott began the career in the healthcare field as an Information Systems Application Analyst at Community Health Systems and has a foundational background in real estate, having started as a Realtor at Village Real Estate. Scott holds an Affiliate Broker degree from the Nashville School of Real Estate, completed in 2008.
