Doug Ross

Doug Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Doug started their career in 1992 as a Director of Materials at Winslow Associates. Doug then worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Trainer at Transwestern Publishing for seven years. After that, they served as a Senior International Buyer at Cameron Surface Systems and as a National Account Sales Manager at Shield Mfg. In 2009, Doug became a Job Placement Specialist-Trainer at the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services, advocating for people with disabilities. Doug then worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Slice Magazine/Southwestern Publishing Corporation, managing high-profile commercial clients. Doug's experience also includes being a Family Services Counselor at Carriage Services, assisting families with cemetery arrangements, and holding various roles at The Morrison Group, including Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Most recently, they worked as a VP of Sales and Administration at Heritage Oak, LLC, a manufacturing company specializing in hardwood products.

Doug Ross has a diverse education history. Doug first attended Cerro Coso Community College-Extension Cal-State Bakersfield, where they focused on Special Education and Teaching/Psychology. Later, they attended the College of Advanced Traffic in Chicago, IL, where they studied Traffic and Transportation Management. Doug also pursued coursework in Business Management/Total Quality Management at Oklahoma State University. In addition, Doug obtained a Green Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing from Six Sigma. Doug completed their secondary education at Trona High School, where they participated in a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Lastly, Doug pursued coursework in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Oklahoma.
