Robin Pepper has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and counseling. Robin began their career in 2006 as a Residential House Manager at Sacramento Self-Help Housing, where they provided counseling sessions and evaluated resident progress. In 2011, they joined Real Life Church as a Celebrate Recovery Co-Director and State Representative, overseeing all areas of the ministry and facilitating support groups. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Hope Counseling Center as a Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee, providing individual and group therapy and making referrals to outside resources. Robin then served as an IOP Primary Therapist at Valley Recovery Center of California from 2014 to 2015.
