Rebekah Waugh

Rebekah Waugh has extensive experience in event design and management, currently holding the position of Senior Event Designer at Heritage Portfolio since July 2014. In this role, Rebekah is part of the Private Events team, responsible for planning high-profile events in renowned venues such as royal palaces and the National Museum of Scotland. Prior experience includes roles as Event Designer and Office and Events Administrator at Phelan School of Dance from May 2010 to December 2016, where Rebekah taught various groups, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse audiences. Rebekah also served as the elected Marketing and Communications Officer at Queen Margaret University, improving the student experience and overseeing union events. An internship in event administration at British Dance Edition further enriched Rebekah’s expertise in processing event bookings for significant industry showcases. Rebekah's performance background includes dancing at the Taste of Scotland Show. Academically, Rebekah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from Queen Margaret University.
