Dan Farnsworth

Dan Farnsworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan started their career in the United States Navy as a Weapons Technician 2nd Class and served as a lead technician and hook leader for missile systems. Dan then transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Nuclear Maintenance Supervisor for The Atlantic Group. Following that, they joined Duke Power and served as a Lead Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintenance at both nuclear and fossil plants.

In 1996, Farnsworth joined Leonard Automatics, Inc. as a Technical Service Manager and eventually worked their way up to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dan was responsible for overall management of the sales staff, developing marketing plans, and overseeing advertising campaigns and website development. In 2021, they became the Chief Experience Officer before leaving the company in 2022.

Farnsworth subsequently worked at SpecCon Systems Inc as a General Manager, where they oversaw the manufacturing of specialty conveyors for various industries. Dan then joined Heritage Signs & Displays as the Director of Team Development, where they used their expertise to provide custom sign solutions and printing services.

Aside from their career in the industry, Farnsworth also served as a Pastor at Southside Baptist Church.
