Jim Railey

Jim Railey is the President and CEO of Heritage Properties, Inc. Jim previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at the same company. Jim Railey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a M. Ed. in Education from the University of Lynchburg.
