Caroline assists the management team with overall coordination of management. She is responsible for coordination of bringing properties through renovation and also assists the team with site acquisitions, site plan prep, and owner representation. Mrs. Reed began her career working in Washington D.C. for a U.S. Congressman and came on board Heritage in 2019.
