Gary Walker brings to Heritage over 40 years of experience from all aspects of the construction industry. His in-depth experience in single family, mid-rise multifamily and commercial projects from conceptual design, site development, construction, and project management has made him a valuable asset for our company. With over 25 years devoted to the multi-family industry, Mr. Walker has overseen construction projects overlooking P.G.A. designed golf courses in Florida to three story apartment complexes built over a two story mall in Texas.
Mr. Walker has served different companies over the years as Vice President, Construction Director, and Project Manager with a strong emphasis on construction timeline and unit cost. He holds a Florida General Contractor License, Florida Real Estate License, and through completion of the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agency exam (NASCLA), he has reciprocity in other states.
Mr. Walker became a part of the Heritage team in 2011 and continues to bring tremendous value to the Heritage portfolio.
