Kenny Pittman has over 35 years of maintenance experience and has been working in the multifamily industry since 1999. He has experience as a construction coordinator, maintenance coordinator, and quality insurance provider. He obtains strong leadership skills and a positive attitude that is infectious among his colleagues which has led him to numerous awards including being the employee of the year in 2009. Kenny joined our team in 2006 and currently overseas all of the maintenance operations for Heritage Properties. He is committed to providing ongoing seminars to educate and inspire his team. His diverse knowledge and experience, positive attitude, and attention to detail have brought great value to the company and his colleagues. Kenny obtains his HVAC/R certifications including 608 and 609, IICRC-WRT, and ASD. He also holds a Mold Assessment Certification, Mold Remediation Contractor Certification, is a Certified Pool Operator, and a MS Certified Renovator. He has been associated with the UTA, ATA, USTF, and UTF.
