Becki Swain

Becki Swain, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, serves as the Vice President of Professional Development and Director of Property Management at Heritage Property Management Services since May 2019, following experience as a Community Association Manager. Prior to this, Becki worked at Liberty Community Management as a Real Estate Salesperson and Community Association Manager. Becki's background includes serving as a Residential Realtor at Keller Williams Realty - Atlanta Partners/Parkview Properties, and managing accounting functions at Water Furnace International and Duke Realty Corporation. Becki has a proven track record in property management, investor relations, and financial oversight, complemented by extensive household management experience, supporting a balanced family life while enabling a spouse's career in commercial real estate. Education was pursued at Trident College.
