Prior experience includes roles as a Community Association Manager for full-service associations, Property Manager at MAA overseeing onsite operations for a flagship property, and Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company, where new construction projects were successfully launched. As Community Director at Matrix Residential, Heather stabilized a new construction project during lease-up, significantly increasing occupancy rates. Earlier career highlights include managing a 304-unit garden-style community at Camden Property Trust, where operational and financial goals were consistently exceeded.
