Sheron Moshell

Sheron Moshell, CPA, CGMA, serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Heritage Property Management Services since March 2017, overseeing accounting services for various homeowner associations and condominium properties. In addition to this role, Sheron has been a self-employed Controller and Small Business Consultant since January 2017. Previous experience includes Directorship of Accounting at EvoShield from May 2013 to January 2017, focused on accounting and human resource activities, and Inventory Manager at Suniva from April 2012 to April 2013, ensuring accurate inventory reporting. Sheron also held the position of Plant Accounting Manager at Vulcan Materials Company from August 2005 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing accounting functions across multiple plants and developing a Compliance Program. Earlier roles include Controller at Long Branch Quarries / Macon Construction Inc and Controller at Global Healthcare Partners, LP. Sheron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi from 1973 to 1977.
