Patrick Welsh

Patrick Welsh is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since March 2015, Patrick has served as the Broker/Owner of Heritage Realty, focusing on building and maintaining community relationships in Knoxville through real estate. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee at Valbridge Property Advisors | Meridian Realty Advisors, LLC, where independent property valuation and consulting services were provided from January 2014 to September 2016. From April 2006 to March 2015, Patrick was a Broker at Realty Executives, facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. Earlier in their career, Patrick operated as a Site Acquisition Specialist from January 2000 to April 2006, consulting with wireless telecom companies on infrastructure expansion needs. Patrick is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
