Connie Mullen

Connie Mullen is an experienced fitness and childbirth educator with over 31 years in the childbirth profession, having attended births in various settings across Florida and Jamaica. Currently, Connie operates Connie Mullen Fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor and Owner, while also teaching at the Heritage School of Midwifery since 2019. Additional roles include Office Manager, Director of Adult Fitness, and Women's Wellness Educator at Organic Movements Boca Raton. As a Regional Coordinator and Faculty Member for the Florida Outreach Childbirth Education Program since 2000, Connie has significantly contributed to training future childbirth educators. Connie previously held positions such as Educator and Fitness Instructor at The Wise Women's Sanctuary and Director at The Hollywood Birth Center. Connie holds an AS in Midwifery from the National School of Technology and has completed Basic Fitness Instructor Training from Florida Atlantic University.
