Rich Gaul

Rich Gaul possesses extensive experience in customer experience and business operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Heritage Tractor since January 2025, Rich previously held multiple leadership roles at Rx Savings Solutions from June 2018 to December 2024, including Vice President of Business Operations and Director of Client Success. Prior to that, Rich worked at Hyland from October 2011 to June 2018, where positions included Solution Architect and Manager of Professional Services. Early career experience includes working as a Fire Claims Adjuster at State Farm Insurance in 2011 and as Research Computing Support at the Iowa Institute of Hydraulic Research from 2007 to 2010. Rich holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, earned between 2006 and 2010.
