Alisa Caton possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and training sectors. Currently serving as a Senior EHR Clinical Analyst at Heritage Valley Health System since August 2010, Alisa focuses on the deployment of Allscripts Enterprise EHR, overseeing system administration, user training, and go-live support. Prior to this role, Alisa worked as an Instructional Design and Delivery Consultant at The Abreon Group from November 2005 to August 2010, where responsibilities included instructional design for both instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning, as well as training delivery. Alisa's career began at US Airways, where from 1999 to 2005, Alisa contributed as a Training and Development Specialist, specializing in instructional design and training delivery for reservations customer service personnel.
