Andy Pursel

Andy Pursel has extensive experience in the healthcare and mental health sectors, currently serving as an Intensive Case Manager at Heritage Valley Health System since January 2013. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Mental Health Program Specialist at Allegheny County from October 2006 to January 2012. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1991 and 1995.
