Joann Menzer

Joann Menzer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Heritage Valley Health System since November 2011, Joann oversees various HR functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting system-focused initiatives.
