Valerie Clark

Valerie Clark is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as CFO at Heritage Werks since September 2011, Valerie has been instrumental in scaling the company from its inception to nearly 100 employees and multi-million dollar revenue. Prior roles include Controller at The Breakthrough Group, where Valerie developed critical financial reporting tools and cash forecasting models, and managing accounting functions at Zapatista Restaurants during its rapid expansion. Valerie's earlier experience includes significant positions such as Director of Finance at Cardinal Health, where integration of financial operations was key, and Cost Accounting Manager at Stryker Corp, where operational efficiencies were achieved. Valerie began the professional journey as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
