Alison Weil

Alison Weil has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Alison is currently serving as the Vice President and Credit Team Leader at Heritage Bank of Commerce since April 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and Relationship Credit Manager at Presidio Bank starting in September 2016. In 2016, they also worked as a Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at Bank of Marin.

Before joining Bank of Marin, Alison worked at Presidio Bank from 2009 to 2016, where they held various roles including Vice President and Relationship Credit Manager, Assistant Vice President and Relationship Credit Manager, and Relationship Credit Manager.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Credit Analyst II at Wells Fargo from 2008 to 2009, a Credit Analyst at Mid-Peninsula Bank from 2006 to 2009, and an intern at Bank of America in 2005.
