David Bailey

David Bailey has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. David worked as a Private Banking Officer at Fremont Bank from September 2004 to August 2010. Following that, they founded their own business, David Bailey Insurance Services, where they worked as a Sole Proprietor/Account Manager from September 2010 to July 2011. David then joined Fremont Bank again as a Branch Manager II from August 2011 to May 2014. Finally, they joined Heritage Bank of Commerce, where they held the roles of Vice President - Regional Operations Manager II from June 2014 to September 2022 and VP / Treasury Sales Officer from September 2022 onwards.

David Bailey attended Las Positas College from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Business Administration and Management. David also studied Nursing at Canadian Valley Technology Center from 1994 to 1996, earning a degree in Practical Nursing. In addition, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at Las Positas College in 2014, and had completed some coursework in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Redlands Community College in 1994.
