Susan Just

Susan Just has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Susan most recently served as the EVP Chief Credit Officer at Heritage Bank of Commerce since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Credit Officer at Santa Cruz County Bank from July 2021 to September 2023. Susan also worked at various other organizations, including Salo LLC as a Consultant from October 2018 to July 2021, TCF Bank as a Sr. Vice President and Sr. Credit Officer, Consumer Banking from March 2016 to March 2018, Northern Trust as a Sr. Vice President - Risk Management from November 2011 to March 2016, First Chicago Bank & Trust as a Senior Credit Officer from June 2009 to November 2011, Starshak Winzenburg and Co. as a Financial Consultant from January 2008 to June 2009, JPMorgan as a Vice President and Sr. Underwriter - Investment Banking from February 2001 to September 2007, and Bank One as a Vice President and Senior Underwriter from June 1996 to February 2001. Susan has gained extensive experience in credit analysis, risk management, and banking operations throughout their career.

Susan Just has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. Susan also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
