Dr. Guido Spachtholz

Dr. Guido Spachtholz has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Dr. Guido is currently the Managing Director at HERMA Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at CHIRON Group SE from June 2019 to September 2020. Dr. Spachtholz was also the Managing Director at STAMA Maschinenfabrik GmbH from July 2016 to September 2020, concurrently holding the position of Chief Technical Officer and authorized signatory from April 2013 to June 2016. Before their role at STAMA, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Alfred H. Schütte GmbH & Co. KG from January 2008 to March 2013.

Dr. Guido Spachtholz obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in the years 1995 to 2001. Dr. Guido then pursued further education at RWTH Aachen University from 2001 to 2007, specializing in Machine Tools. From 2015 to 2018, they studied at FernUniversität in Hagen, earning a Degree in Business Administration.
